How to redeem?
- Book an appointment at https://qandm.com.sg/Make-an-Appointment/EN
- Key in Prudential Ascend in the 'Note' box specified on the booking form.
- Q&M Dental will confirm the appointment with you via phone or email within 3 working days.
- Upon arrival at clinic, open the Ascend by Prudential email to access Ascend website and tap on Q&M’s feature.
- Click 'Redeem' and present your digital coupon on your mobile device to the staff for validation.

- Dental treatment fees are estimates, and do not include costs of prescribed medications, examinations and products. The estimated rates above are applicable for dental healthcare services performed by general dental practitioners only, unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable at all Q&M Dental clinics islandwide.
- This voucher is non-transferable.
- Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
